Vocal Siphon / Pump Adapter.
This is a two action Valve air Lock or used to extend or syphon for inner tube valves in tight locations.
Lock off the top thumb screw in the closed position then screw on to your inner tube valve and then connect your pump to the end, no air will leak from your tube. Once Connected, open the thumb lock and start pumping and when done lock off the thumb screw then you can take the Siphon off with no loss of air. Simple!
